For Quality*:

50 strict chest to bar scaled (25 strict c2b RX)

40 pike push-ups (20 strict handstand push-ups)

30 strict ring dips with feet behind or in front (20 strict ring dips RX)

*15 minutes to get this done
challenge yourself and make these scales or levels HARD, this is not for time but as a strenght to get stronger in our gymnastics.
