Strongman Day Round 2:
With a partner, 9 minutes each station with a 20 push-up buy in for each station.
A. 100m keg carry + GHDs (first do sit ups, then do back extension then do glute ham raises)
B. 10 tire flips + jumping battle ropes
C. 15/12 Assault Bike caloires + donkey punches
D. Up/Down 2 times with Sleds + Sledgehammer
At each station, one person is doing each movement. The first movement listed dictates when the people switch back and forth between movements.
