10″ work:

1 Partner wheelbarrow, attempt to have a vertical torso, whether still in pike or completely supported

8 kick ups with hands turned out, attempt not against the wall if proficient kicking up to the wall

Weightlifting

Seated DB Shoulder Press (5×5)

1 arm DB press and hold a KB in opposite arm in front rack position

*attempt a heavier DB, can maintain same KB
