a) foot work :40/:20 two times
b) Push Press in split jerk position 3×5 increase weight
c) Tall Jerk (bar at eye level) 3×5
Split Jerk (5×1)
Work on nailing that jerk form! Don’t add weight unless the rep before is as perfect as it gets!

Can you get 5 plus rounds? Move nonstop, so be mindful of weight and box height, goal is to go UB and stay moving….it’s only 5 minutes right?
