Superset with 12 goblet squats, choose your weights for both, can increase on back squat each round, but goblet weight remains same
3 sets of max reps for kipping 1/2 toes to bar, focus on keeping and staying in a rhythm
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
15 foot HS Walk (scale will be down and back bear crawl)
12 ring push-ups
Do bear crawl with straight legs and trying to push more weight overhands, this is closer to a handstand walk feeling.
