*start with your weak arm and do the same amount of reps on your strong arm to finish
*Max effort sets will be different for everybody – go till you start feeling a nice burn, then do +2 more reps and stop!
– KB Deadlift
– DB Push Press (25R/25L, 20R/20L, etc)
– Mountain climbers x2 (100-80-60…)
