A1) Single leg KB Deadlift x5-10 reps
A2) Hamstring curls x ME
A3) Frog pumps x ME
*ME sets = burn +2 reps!
2 rounds (or 3 if you’re feeling spicy)
– 100 Double Unders (x2 singles)
– 75 Plate Ground-to-Overhead
– 50 DB Step ups
– 25 Single arm Devil’s press
*pick an object that is a challenging height for your step ups, whether its a kitchen chair, or your couch, try to have your knee/hip angle at 90 degrees or higher!
