Gymnastics Circuit (5x20s+10+5)
5 sets: 20s Handstand Hold + 10 Hanging straight leg raise + 5 Inchworms (to hollow body)
For the hanging SLR, the athlete will start in hanging position & raise both legs up to 90 degrees (L-Sit position) and back down, while avoiding swinging.
Inchworm to hollow body = reach down, toe touch, walk your hands further out than a plank position, ending in a hollow body with your hands finishing over your head. Then walk your feet towards your hands.
Metcon (8 Rounds for time)
A) 50M SPRINT
B) 10 GHD Sit ups (or 15 V-ups)
