5 rounds for time (25 minute time cap)

25 hr pushups

25 ring rows

25 sledge hammers (total-switch sides every rep)

25 wall balls (get low)

25 mb slams

If you finish early-60 unbroken battle rope slams.

Push Press (Find One Rep Max)

Pull-ups (Unbroken strict Pull-ups)

If a band is used make sure you add it in comments when recording. Add color as well.
