Metcon
The strength portion of the CrossFit class mixed with a longer conditioning circuit. There will be several scalng options available in both the strength and WOD to accommodate all ability levels from beginner to our most advanced. If you love the 5:30 bootcamp you will continue to enjoy this class and if you are a CrossFitter looking to mix up your routine with more endurance while still getting the strength this is a great option for you.
