After Warmup spend 25 minutes finding your squat one rep max. After partner up and record max number of push-ups in one minute. 2 Attempts at most for the push-ups.
25 minute Long Tabata (:40 on :20 rest)
5 stations (stay at each station for 5 minutes before rotating)
Sumo Squat Hi Pulls
db Hammer Curls (Heavy)
Back Squat (Find your 1 rep max)
Push-ups (Unbroken Push-ups)
Find the total number of pushups you can do in a minute. Or if you can go longer than a minute record the total number of unbroken push-ups done in a row.
