4×[email protected] 70% (move up if you can) 2-3 minute break
After you finish dead lifts give me 2 sets of 20 jump lunges (10 each leg)

25 minute circuit.
-8 sprints (down and back is 1)
-20 alt bench (start close grip n keep widening every 5 or so reps) 45/65/95
-20 hr push-ups
-20 weighted ab passes
-20 hammer curls
1-plate push (downnback)
