One partner at a time. 3 sets.

24 ab throw downs (8 each side…left, middle, right)

Followed immediately by 1 minute of max sit-ups. Then rest while your partner goes.

25 minute long tabata.

5 stations 5 minutes at each station. :40 on :20 rest.

Sta1) keg carries or kb farmers walks.

Sta2) bear crawls.

Sta3) med ball slams

Sta4) thrusters (35/55/75)

Sta5) lunges
