25 minute time cap
100 plate ground to oh (25/15)
Every time you stop do 10 wall balls
100 pushups (every time you stop do 10 situps.
100 ring rows- every time to stop do 20 mt climbers.
100 lunges- Every time you stop do 20 jumpking jacks
Finish with 6 down and back keg carries.
(Get as far as you can in the 25 minutes)
